Cancellation & Refund Policy
All requests for cancellation of registration must be sent in writing and must be accompanied by the original registration details to the Conference Secretariat at:

Deduction of Charges
- 25% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellations made up to 31st May 2026.
- 50% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellations made up to 31st August 2026.
- No refund will be made for cancellation requests received on or after 1st September 2026.
💡 Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 3 weeks after the conference and will be made by cheque only.
